I understand that the demands of a heavy workload can leave little time for meal preparation. That’s why I’m sharing a simple and healthy meal option you can easily make at home – the Chicken Wrap! It’s quick, easy to prepare chicken wraps, and nutritious. Follow these recipes to make a easy chicken wrap in three different ways and try it out at home.
a) Classic Chicken Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Carrot
- Chili
- Garlic
- Tuna
- Chicken breast
- Eggs
Instructions:
1. Finish and Serve: Add tuna, lettuce, and the other ingredients to the wrap. Fold it in half, and your Classic Chicken Wrap is ready to enjoy!
2. Prep the Ingredients: Mince garlic and chili and slice the carrot and onion into small pieces.
3. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Wash the lettuce thoroughly. Beat the eggs and set them aside.
4. Cook the Filling: Stir-fry the garlic, chili, onion, and chicken breast until fully cooked.
5. Assemble the Wrap: Fry the eggs, then place the wrap over the eggs and flip it for 2-3 minutes.
b) Fried Chicken Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
- Corn
- Small tomatoes
- Onion
- Tuna
- Lettuce
- Chicken flour
- Eggs
Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken: Coat the chicken with chicken flour and eggs. Shred the lettuce and slice the onion and tomatoes.
2. Prepare the Wrap: Have your wrap ready to make.
3. Cook the Chicken: Fry the chicken for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
4. Assemble the Wrap: Fry the eggs, then place the wrap over the eggs and flip it for 2-3 minutes.
5. Finish and Serve: Add tuna, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and corn. Fold the wrap in half, drizzle with mayonnaise, and your Fried Chicken Wrap is done!

- Chicken breast
- Carrot
- Egg
- Lettuce

4. Assemble the Ingredients: Fry the egg and flip it for 2-3 minutes.
